SIA “ROTU SALA”, registration No. 44103073507, address: Patversmes iela 24 - 11, LV-1005, hereinafter referred to as the Online Store, provides the content available on this website and offers goods in accordance with the Terms of Use set out below.

Legal Basis
When a consumer purchases goods through this website, such an agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia governing distance contracts, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations on Distance Contracts, as well as other relevant legislation.

Purchasing Process
The prices and specifications of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to each product. To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping cart, fill in all the required fields, and select the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order, including delivery, will be displayed before confirming your purchase. Complete the payment to finalize your order.

Coupons and Discounts
When making every third purchase worth at least EUR 25.00, the Buyer receives a 10% discount coupon via e-mail. The coupon can be used by entering the coupon code in the “Coupon Code” field in the shopping cart and clicking “Apply Coupon.” To identify the Buyer, the following data are used: name, surname or company name, telephone number, and e-mail address. Each coupon is valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

Payment Terms
The currency used on the website is Euro (EUR). Payments can be made using the following methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv (Maksekeskus AS): Latvian online banking—Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor; Estonian online banking—Swedbank, SEB, Luminor; Lithuanian online banking—Swedbank, SEB, Luminor; Finnish online banking—Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästöpankki; and Visa/Mastercard card payments. When using an online banking payment method, confirm your order and click “Return to Merchant.” Personal data required for payment processing are transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS. The contract takes effect once payment has been successfully received in the Online Store’s bank account. If, for any reason, the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be informed and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date of notification.

Delivery Terms
Goods are delivered within Latvia and to European Union countries. Delivery options include courier delivery and postal services, as well as the option to collect the goods in person. All duties and taxes payable upon receipt of the shipment at the delivery destination must be covered by the Buyer. Delivery costs are displayed before order confirmation. For purchases over EUR 100.00, delivery is free of charge. Standard delivery time is 1–5 business days. In exceptional cases—such as custom orders requiring production time—the Online Store reserves the right to deliver goods within up to 45 calendar days, with prior notice to the Buyer.

Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity. To exercise the right of withdrawal, goods may only be used for their intended purpose. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. If goods are used inappropriately, damaged, mishandled, or if the original packaging is lost or significantly damaged, the Online Store reserves the right to reduce the refund amount in proportion to the reduction in the item’s value. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the Buyer’s specifications or to personalized (custom-made) items. The Buyer must return the goods to the Seller without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal form. Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store shall refund all payments received from the Buyer immediately, but no later than 14 days thereafter. The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until the goods or proof of their return have been received. If the Buyer chose a delivery method other than the least expensive option offered by the Online Store, the excess delivery cost will not be refunded. The Online Store is not liable for delays, non-performance, or other failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The Online Store reserves the right to refuse a sale and to request the return of goods if the listed price is significantly lower than the market price due to an error.

Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the Buyer. If purchased goods have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to request the repair or replacement of the goods free of charge. If repair or replacement is not possible, the Seller shall refund all payments made under the Distance Contract. The Seller shall respond in writing to the consumer’s complaint within 15 days.

Personal Data Processing
The Online Store processes only the personal data entered by the Buyer during the ordering process (such as name, surname, e-mail address, etc.). Personal data are shared with the relevant delivery service provider(s) to ensure the delivery of goods. If the Buyer has expressly agreed to receive marketing communications, the Online Store may occasionally send information about services, news, or special offers to the Buyer’s e-mail address. The Buyer may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by notifying the Online Store via myuno.info@gmail.com.

Dispute Resolution
For any matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer and Seller agree to comply with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. The Parties will seek to resolve any disputes through mutual negotiation or correspondence. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be settled in a court of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with Latvian law. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller may also be referred to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or to the European Union Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Privacy policy

Having said that, Terms and Conditions ("T&C") are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner.

T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).

T&C provide you as the website owner the ability to protect yourself from potential legal exposure, but this may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so make sure to receive local legal advice if you are trying to protect yourself from legal exposure.

Return of goods

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the product purchased in the online store to the seller in accordance with the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 207. To exercise this right, the product must be in the same condition as when received. If the product is worn and/or damaged, if it is not in the original packaging, or its packaging is significantly damaged (except for the case when the buyer cannot open the packaging without damaging it), in order to protect the product from damage or deterioration, our store has the right not to accept the product.

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 14 days of sending the letter of withdrawal.
